SEIU Healthcare Florida
We are the largest union of health care workers in the state, representing more than 20,000 nurses, professional employees, certified nurses aides, service and technical employees, and other hospital and nursing home employees.
We are working together to:
- Pass safe staffing legislation for all of Florida's health care facilities.
- Win higher pay, better benefits, and a retirement plan we can count on.
- Unite even more health care workers to raise workplace and patient care standards across the state.
Our membership includes the Nurse Alliance of Florida, the voice for RNs in Florida working to unite nurses from across the state to speak with a collective voice to improve patient care and working conditions.
We are a part of the national 1.9 million-member SEIU, the largest and most effective union for health care workers in the country. With more than 900,000 members in the field, health care workers are uniting to truly change the face of health care across the nation.
